2. Data we collect
When you submit the partnership form: your name, email, phone number and project details.
When you subscribe to the newsletter in the footer: your email address only.
When you browse the site: a random device ID stored in your browser, how you arrived (for example, a link shared via Zalo, Messenger or LinkedIn), sections viewed, time spent, scroll depth, browser type and screen size. We do not record your name, email or phone number unless you submit the form.
3. How we use your data
To follow up on the venue development or transformation request you shared through the form.
To send newsletters on market trends and analysis to the email address you subscribed with. Every newsletter includes instructions to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing venue@weddingbook.com.
To understand which content is most useful to visitors and improve the site. When you submit the form, the browsing history on that device is linked to the details you provide, helping our team prepare a more relevant conversation.
4. Basis and consent
Form data is collected only when you actively click Send details after reading the consent line directly below the button. Newsletter emails are collected only when you actively click Subscribe after reading the consent line below the field. Choosing not to submit the form does not affect your ability to browse the site.
5. Storage and sharing
Data is stored in WEDDINGBOOK's Google Sheet and shared only with WEDDINGBOOK's business development team. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for advertising purposes. Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or until you request its deletion.
6. Your rights
You may request to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing venue@weddingbook.com. We will respond as soon as possible.
You can also delete the device ID by clearing site data in your browser.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
